The First Hour: OPUS: The Day We Found Earth
In a far-flung future, the human race has traveled to the farthest stars and irrevocably changed their makeup through genetic engineering, so much so that their bodies are beginning to break down. The only cure can be found from an unmodified piece of human DNA which can be found in only one place: The lost homeworld, the planet Earth. OPUS: The Day We Found Earth casts players as a robot aboard an observatory searching the stars for Earth. Waking one day to find the ship descending into a star and the human crew have vanished, players must help the robot search the stars for Earth while unraveling the mystery of what happened to the missing crew. OPUS is a simple puzzle game that asks players to use deductive reasoning to locate planets that could potentially be Earth.
