Puzzle games rarely require more than abstract shapes to make sense, so it’s rare to see one with wonder and majesty put into its visual and audio presentation like Warp Shift. Beginning with echoes of Alice in Wonderland as a girl discovers an animated cube that whisks her away to a labyrinthian spire, players must guide the girl to the spire’s summit by shifting the rooms around a grid, creating new passages that lead to the floor’s exit.
